However, your deposit is transferable if you follow the requirements set forth below:

• I understand that I will forfeit my deposit if I reschedule my appointment with less than 5 business days notice.

• I understand that I will forfeit my deposit if I show up more than 30 minutes late to my appointment or do not show up at all.

• I understand that I will forfeit my deposit if I decide I want a different tattoo entirely than the one I discussed with my artist and new artwork needs to be created; or if I’ve changed major elements of my design and new artwork needs to be created.

• I understand that I will forfeit my deposit if I decide that I no longer want to get tattooed.
